1、 网络教育：每年两次招生，符合一定条件者免试录取，不符合免试条件者参加由学校自主命题并组织的入学考试。入学考试大纲和模拟题网上对外公布，学校根据当年考试结果划定录取分数线。开设高起专、高起本和专升本三个层次。

2、 网络教育：全部为业余制学习（国家禁止网络教育学院招收全日制学生）、在“网络＋面授”的学习体系下进行系统学习。具体如下：

1）利用书本、磁带、光盘等传统的学习资源，以及学习平台中每日24小时开放的特色学习资源，包括课程学习课件、教师辅导课件（视频）、补充学习材料等。
