因为off,表示请假,没上班. I am off today.我今天没上班.

因此I am off work,有这么说的,但是意思表示"没上班". get off 则不同,就是下班.

■现在完成时态:

说得没有错.但我想说, 不管加不加for,有的动作是延续的,有的动作是不延续的,只是结果及影响是延续到现在,还没结束.否则就是过去完成时.

另一种加for 用的是现在完成进行时.就是动作可延续性到现在并正在进行的其中一种.

用 go/be off work。如果用 off duty 有点感觉你辞职了。。。
