第五步：丢开书面材料边听边跟读。显然，这一步的难度比上一步要大。但在经历了前面四步之后，只要稍加训练，一定能出色完成。你可以通篇跟读，或先用暂停键或反复跟读键一句一句拆开跟读，碰上拗口的词句便停下来反复训练几次，扫除拦路虎，之后再达到通篇连读跟读，直到对每句话、每个词的韵味都摸透为止。此时你会领悟到一种出神入化的感受，而不仅仅是一般的成就感了。

第六步：一步，也是让你喜悦和自豪的一步，即在前五步反复训练的基础上，放弃文本，放一段录音，然后自己大声把内容重复一次，俨然是你本人在发表演说。你可以先一成不变地模仿重复，然后灵活变换用词和句型。
