1、The ball may be thrown in any direction with one or both hands.

2. The ball may be batted in any direction with one or both hands, but never with the fist.

8. Goal shall be made when the ball is thrown or batted from the ground into the basket and stays there, providing those defending the goal do not touch or disturb the goal. If the ball rests on the edge and the opponents move the basket, it shall count as a goal.

9. When the ball goes out of bounds, it shall be thrown into the field and played by the first person touching it. In case of dispute the umpire shall throw it straight into the field. The thrower-in is allowed five seconds. If he holds it longer, it shall go to the opponent. If any side persists in delaying the game, the umpire shall call a foul on them.

10. The umpire shall be judge of the men and shall note the fouls and notify the referee when three consecutive fouls he been made. He shall he the power to disqualify men according to Rule 5.

11. The referee shall be the judge of the ball and decide when it is in play in bounds, to which side it belongs, and shall keep the time. He shall decide when a goal has been made and keep account of the goals with any other duties that are usually performed by a referee.

12. The time shall be two 15-minute halves with five minutes'rest between.

13. The side making the most goals in that time shall be declared the winners.

第一个、花样篮球（运球接力）

比赛规则：主持人现场选取两组队员，每组4人（2男2女）。每组首先由1男1女用自己的后背相互协调完成从中线到到篮下的运球，两人各自投中一球，原方法将球运回中场，交与同组下两位成员，完成同样的任务。两组同时分半场进行，耗时少者为胜。胜者可获得纪念品。

第二个、母鸡搬家（2人往返）

1、 参赛者将篮球夹在膝盖内侧。

2、 当计时员哨响后，参赛者必须以走的方式将篮球从球场边线一侧运到另一侧，换人后再运回起点，即往返一次，单程为一球场宽。

3、 中途若篮球掉下，可用手捡起夹于膝盖，回到篮球掉落点继续比赛，比赛过程中篮球必须处于膝盖内侧处。

4、 违反规则的加10秒/次。

第三个、夫妻双双把家还（4人往返）

1、 两名队员背靠背把球夹住，将球运送到篮球场边线一侧运到另一侧，换人后再运回起点，即往返一次，单程为一球场宽。

2、中途若篮球掉下，可用手捡起夹于背部，回到篮球掉落点继续比赛，比赛过程中篮球必须处于两名队员背部期间不能用手触碰球。

3、违反规则的加10秒/次。

第四个、三角传球（3人）

1、把人分数相等的三队，按三角形队形站位，如1、2、3队。

2、 1队首位同学持球，开始按照顺时针或者逆时针方向传给2队或者3队同学，球一出手就立即跑向对方队尾。

3、2队或3队队员接球后按照此方法依次进行。

4、熟练后可增加难度：一个队伍里第一位，第二位同学都持球，第一个人传出后第二个人也传球，但接球的是对方的第二个队员，也可以三个球，依次类推。

第五个、天璇神射（4人往返）

1、运送球的队员在送球之前，先在原地象鼻转十圈，再将球送至操场另一端，交给本队的射手。

2、各组射手在投篮前原地低头转十圈，在罚球线投篮投中为止。

3、送球队员只能将球送到射手手上，不能传球。

4、射手投篮必须在罚球线转圈和投篮。

5、违反规则的加10秒/次。
